Overview:

Duration: 4-6 weeks (2 classes/week).

Focus: Basics of stance, punch, block, and discipline.

Outcome: Master basic techniques + earn White Belt.

Modules:

1. Basics: Stances (front, back), punches (seiken), blocks.

2. Movement: Forward/backward stepping, turns.

3. Kata: Taikyoku Shodan (intro kata).

4. Drills: Focus mitts, bag work, partner drills.

– Beginners (no experience needed).

– Kids (6+ years) & adults.
